So as many of you probably know Jason (my hubby) is allergic to eggs. Which for the most part is not a huge issue for him. It just means checking labels and asking folks if certain foods that we aren't 100% sure if it has eggs in it before he consumes it. We came across a recipe of my Grandma Juanita's called Crazy Cake (i.e. poor man's cake) that has no eggs in it and he tried it and loved it. So recently while searching the internet I found a blogger who posts eggless cooking recipes and helpful hints. I have already found several items I want to make for hubby to try!!!
